Important: These pages are intended as practical beta legal documents for SkinMorph. They should be reviewed by a qualified attorney before broad public launch, paid plans, mobile app launch, or major public Gallery promotion.

3. How to Send a Copyright Takedown Notice
If you believe content on or connected to SkinMorph infringes your copyright, send a notice that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for SkinMorph to locate it, such as a Gallery URL, username, project title, screenshot, file name, or other identifying details.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the copyright owner.
Send notices to: legal@skinmorph.studio.
SkinMorph may remove, disable, hide, or restrict content after receiving a credible notice or if SkinMorph independently believes content may be infringing or risky.
4. Counter-Notice Process
If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice.
A counter-notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court for your address, or if you are outside the United States, the federal court located in Arizona, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person’s agent.
SkinMorph may forward counter-notices to the original complaining party where appropriate. If SkinMorph receives a valid counter-notice, SkinMorph may restore the removed material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice, unless the original complainant notifies SkinMorph that they filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
SkinMorph may keep content removed or restricted for other reasons, including Terms violations, privacy concerns, safety issues, trademark concerns, impersonation, repeat violations, or platform risk.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
SkinMorph may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly violate intellectual property rights, Gallery rules, remix rules, or SkinMorph’s Terms of Service.
In appropriate circumstances, SkinMorph may terminate users who are repeat infringers. SkinMorph may also remove content, restrict uploads, disable remix features, limit Gallery access, preserve relevant records, or take other action when it believes a user presents repeated rights or safety risks.
6. False or Abusive Notices
Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith copyright notices or counter-notices. Misrepresentations in DMCA notices or counter-notices may create legal liability.
7. Trademark, Privacy, Impersonation, and Other Rights Complaints
For trademark, brand misuse, privacy, publicity-rights, impersonation, nonconsensual image, or other rights issues, contact legal@skinmorph.studio with enough information to identify the content and explain the issue.
SkinMorph may remove or restrict content that appears to create legal, safety, impersonation, brand confusion, privacy, or platform risk, even if the complaint is not a formal DMCA copyright notice.
